Head of Engineering

Core Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team to deliver safe, cost-effective formwork, scaffolding, and shoring solutions.
• Develop and execute a local engineering strategy aligned with subsidiary and global goals.
• Track and improve engineering KPIs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage project prioritization and resource allocation in collaboration with local management.
• Coordinate with central functions and align strategies with market requirements to maintain competitive pricing.

Professional requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, specifically in the formwork industry, with several years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical understanding and experience in construction projects.
• Expert knowledge of engineering standards and PERI products, with solid business acumen (including cost control).
• Proficiency in BricsCAD or AutoCAD (or similar).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Thai is advantageous.
• Intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Very good organizational skills.
