What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Develop and Manage Customer Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, nurture existing accounts, conduct regular visits, and serve as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve personal revenue targets by promoting and selling appropriate PERI solutions, preparing tailored proposals and contracts, and establishing sustainable revenue streams.
  • Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Define customer- or project-specific value propositions with cross-functional input, and present convincing solutions through effective presentations.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, share market insights, and ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
  • Maintain Market and CRM Intelligence: Keep accurate records in the CRM system, monitor competitor activities, and follow company guidelines to support data-driven decision-making and compliance.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Any Gender: Open to all genders; must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading AutoCAD and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai with strong English skills; TOEIC not required.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in hunter-style sales, ideally in construction-related industries (e.g., high-rise or infrastructure); existing network in oil & gas is a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction and infrastructure sectors is advantageous. 
  • Sales Competencies: Excellent communication, confident presentation, and persistence in long, relationship-driven sales cycles.
