Responsible for driving business development and managing client relationships across large-scale infrastructure sectors such as highways, rail, utilities, and energy. A key part of the role involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, ensuring high performance through effective coaching, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. The manager also promotes PERI’s formwork and scaffolding solutions, aligning technical offerings with client needs to grow market share within the infrastructure segment.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for major infrastructure projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government agencies, private developers, and contractors.
• Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, tunnels, and urban development initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the infrastructure sector.
• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals and bids for major infrastructure projects.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure terms and conditions for the company.
