This role will encompass the strategic direction of the scaffolding function to support the achievement of ambitious revenue targets, the department continues to grow with room for a Sales Manager and two additional Sales Engineers. Working in alingment with the Asset & Scaffold Director to implement and deliver the scaffolding sales strategy, this role will be hands on.
■ Lead scaffolding function to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels and relevant KPI’s .
■ Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share withing scaffolding sector.
■ Manage pipeline for target projects
■ Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets
■ Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations with key customers
■ Monitoring the long-term outlook for scaffolding projects to signal upturn, or downturns in opportunities as early as possible

Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you
- Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
- Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
- PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
- Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
- Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
- Strong commercial understanding
