Creating the future – Your tasks in our team

• Analyze training needs and develop tailored training concepts for various for various functional areas at PERI, with initial focus on the scaffolding sales organization.
• Design and deliver training modules in both in-person and online formats.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external trainers for effective session delivery.
• Plan, organize, and execute training sessions while supporting other Academy HUBs when needed.
• Measure and report training participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop scaffolding customer training concepts 
• Manage and expand the Academy HUB for Scaffolding and Shoring, including daily operations at the training center in Günzburg.
• Standardize and implement training programs, including digital formats, with an initial focus on internal training and future expansion to customer training.

• Solid experience in the practical application of scaffolding systems, ideally complemented by knowledge of shoring techniques, basic construction and structural engineering principles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
• A proactive, service-oriented approach when handling inquiries from various departments.
• Enthusiasm for working in an international environment and openness to cultural diversity.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with PERI’s scaffolding systems, organizational structure, product portfolio, and core values is desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
