The Role

You will operationally and strategically lead the Scaffolding segment within the Nordic countries. You’ll own the segment plan, develop the market, and coach a high-performing team - applying PERI’s leadership principles and business processes to meet ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & develop the team: Recruit, train, motivate, and coach to high performance; drive proactive, cooperative ways of working.
• Own the segment strategy: Develop and implement the marketing & sales strategy for the segment together with the Head of Sales & Marketing.
• Drive revenue: Guide opportunity creation and deal closing; maintain a realistic project pipeline; set, track, and improve KPIs.
• Market development: Identify new customers and projects together with your team; monitor trends and competitors; feed insights for product improvement.
• Customer excellence: Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers; manage offers from pricing to presentation; handle queries, complaints, and customer debt.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance to ensure efficient and consistent delivery.
• Planning & control: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning within group/subsidiary guardrails; ensure adherence to rules and processes; challenge and improve them where needed.
Your Profile
• Background: 10+ year experience in the scaffolding market with proven track record in leadership and management, at best across countries.
• Expertise: Solid sales knowledge or driven and open personality with relevant experience in the construction industry; business development and financial benchmarks; experience with IT systems (e.g. CRM, offer tools).
• Commercial acumen: Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented and understanding for metrics in a sales organization
• Leadership & communication: Service-oriented and clear communicator; proven people leader with strong moral compass; strong networking skills.
