Digital Marketing Manager:

Create the right digital environment for marketing in the United States and focus on all relevant aspects (content, processes, and platforms). Assist in the development of marketing and segment strategies. Implement, and track strategies and programs such as email and digital campaigns. Develop a marketing automation process that allows the company to send marketing campaigns in addition to measuring customer success. Assist in the development of a social media strategy and implement and track the success of the strategy. Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics in order to continue to enhance the brand. Develop and implement online marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met. Coordinate the design, language, and content of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels. Monitor company website and social media pages and address clients’ queries. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and provide recommendations for next steps. Gather direct customer information to steer the business via online surveys and social media. Ensure data quality in marketing systems and platforms. Domestic travel 10% of the time for client meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, industrial design, communications, or related field of study, and two years of relevant professional experience, including each of the following: 2 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite; 2 years of experience using HTML and CSS; 2 years of experience with search engine optimization (SEO); 2 years of experience using each of the following marketing tools and platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud, Magnolia CMS, WordPress, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, BigCommerce Enterprise, Magnolia CMS, and Asana; and 2 years of experience leading digital marketing strategy projects or initiatives.
