Head of Human Resources and Administration | Greater China (f/m/d)

What you'll do on a typical day:

Employment & location for this position could either be our PERI office in Hongkong or our PERI office in Taipei City, Taiwan.

• Identify and execute key strategic initiatives to support the achievement of PERI Greater China´s targets (focus on HR & Admin-related initatives)
• Partner with Managing Director and other departments for business growth and planning
• Develop HR strategy for Greater China (Hong Kong, China Mainland & Taiwan) with the main focus on:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Training & Qualification
  • Career Development & Talent Management
  • Retention
• Adapt HR processes to country specifics for selected HR topics
• Setting up prerequisites for successful international HR work
• Supervise a team of HR & Administration staff to perform the full spectrum of HR and administration duties including recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, employee relations and other ad hoc assignments

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Manager role with people responsibility, specifically with full-cycle recruitment in a similar environment
• Experience in office administration or business support in small to medium sized companies
• Intercultural competence / experiences
• Excellent communication skills and strong people skills
• Proven conceptual strength, Leadership at senior level in a multi cultural environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs, primarily Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of fiscal and legal regulations as well as legislation in local country
• Very good knowledge of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel
