PERI is currently seeking a 3D Printing Intern to join our team. The primary role of the 3D Printing Intern is to support the business goals by supporting the current team and the set-up of concrete 3D printers for PERI’s clients. Leveraging PERI's resources, the 3D Printing Intern, along with the team, works towards maintaining a Safety-First Culture.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Assist the 3D Printing team with client inquiries, support, and communication.
• Support development of construction blueprints, printable files, and project schedules.
• Interacting and understanding of PERI’s 3D printing construction technology.
• Operate PERI's 3D Construction Printer (BOD2) and smart concrete mixer.
• Create printable CAD models and files.
• Perform QA and QC protocols on site.
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and transportation of 3D printing equipment.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Construction related field required: Architecture, Project Management, Mechanical/Civil engineering, or related business area of study.
• Be able to dedicate up to 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months to a year.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to investigate and implement new ideas.
• Open minded and a creative thinker.
• Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
