What you'll do on a typical day:
Sales :
- Establish PERI as a reliable and high-quality business partner for Formwork, Scaffolding, and Engineering solutions
- Continuously expand market share
- Active participation in the project management along the PERI value chain: proposal creation and negotiation, contract conclusion, technical design coordination, invoicing coordination
- Apply PERI Product Strategy and offer the most suitable solution, negotiate contracts that are profitable for PERI and are in line with PERI Sales and Credit Policy
- Maintain Sales tools and ensure high-quality data for proper reporting
Customers:
- Identifying potential PERI customers and establishing long-term relationships, while maintaining current ones and Key accounts
- Finding the most cost-effective formwork and shoring solution for every customer
- Continuously aim to expand market share, usage of Market data sourcing (MyBina and Global Data) to defined target opportunities and Leads
What you'll need to be successful:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding industry)
- Strong sales skills
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and needs
- Fluent in English
- Confident and objective appearance/ personality
- Knowledge of the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel and to be based in Johor
