Head of Business Segment Monolithic

What you'll do on a typical day:

In this global role (Central Function / Business Area) you will

• Drive the growth and profitability of the Formwork business segment globally with full P&L ownership.
• Serve as a central functional leader/expert for the Formwork segment, driving global strategy, governance, and alignment across Market Units and subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute the global segment strategy in alignment with market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues in different regions Market Units, subsidiaries, and global functions to identify opportunities and strengthen the market position.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Product Management, R&D, Operations, and subsidiaries worldwide.
• Lead business steering activities including market prioritization, sales alignment, pricing strategies, and investment planning.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including new product introductions, product improvements, and phase-in/phase-out decisions.
• Define marketing priorities and ensure consistent value proposition and positioning across markets.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through recruitment, onboarding, development, and resource management.
• Take global ownership for the strategic development and profitable growth of the Formwork business segment across international markets.
• Drive the global growth and profitability of the Formwork business segment through strategic business steering activities including market prioritization, sales alignment, pricing strategies, and investment planning.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with international exposure.
• Experience in managing global business operations with exposure to international markets.
• Strong understanding of business models, market dynamics, and construction processes.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business steering, and product portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive business growth in a competitive market environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally to support global business requirements.
