What you'll do on a typical day:

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, Improve process efficiency, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team on technical management and processes.
  • Resource optimization between the two subsidiaries
  • Plan and manage the team to establish organizational structures and work towards operational efficiency and optimization
  • Responsible for full Order to Cash process, product management, sustainability, and facilities management.


Customer Service Management

  • Responsible for a smooth and reliable delivery planning and execution
  • Manage project related-order administration in accordance with the PERI business models
  • Manage and administer the demand planning and procurement of material
  • Manage the commercial and logistical order processing in the internal PERI sales and distribution system (PSD)
  • Manage and develop the order management team



  • Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
  • Responsible for logistics-related costs, correct order fulfillment and returns
  • Responsible for inventory and rental quality stock in compliance with PERI Rental Criteria.
  • Ensure the correctness of bookings and inventory, cost-efficient work at the yard, and the usage of space
  • Prepare documentation and facilitate the annual audit process.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Masters Degree in Business Management, or a Business Management Diploma with Project Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, Production, Supply Chain Management (SCM)).
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably in construction services/industry with certification in Health & Safety.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams, with proven experience in managing and developing teams with intercultural competence.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational gaps and implement innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record in cost control, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability, with a strong work ethic and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and objective-oriented with high integrity, assigned with PERI culture.
  • Exceptional communication skills for building strong internal and external relationships, with fluency in English; knowledge in local languages is a bonus.
