In-House SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - APAC Region

What you'll do on a typical day:

We are seeking an experienced In-House SuccessFactors Consultant to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the SuccessFactors platform. The role will act as the primary point of contact for system support, data management, reporting, user access administration, and stakeholder engagement across the organization. 

• Data Management: help data owners to manage data, including importing and exporting
• Troubleshooting: autonomously diagnose and resolve technical challenges and issues
• Report Generation: generate custom reports and analyse data for decision-making purposes; create KPIs and dashboards to support global stakeholders and assist users to rectify issues for better data quality
• Training and Support: provide training and on-going support to diverse stakeholders
• Monitor system and processes: oversee processes, monitor performance, provide suggestions and feedback for existing modules to enhance value for users
• Analytical skills: ability to analyse specific needs of users, highlighting common issues and their solutions with maintenance of the system
• User Access management: manage user access, permissions, ensuring users have access as per their role and responsibilities

What you'll need to be successful:

• Degree / Education in IT, Business Administration or alike
• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality
• Having 2-5 years of working experience
• Intercultural competence
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Technical skills
• Fluency in English
