The PERI APAC Services Sdn. Bhd. is providing a range of services throughout the Market Unit Asia Pacific since it has been established in 2021.

The business acts as an expert resource across different disciplines for our subsidiaries both internal and external customers.

Based in Malaysia, we help our customers execute their construction program efficiently, safely, and cost-effective.

Creating new things together - Your tasks in our team:

• Independent design and management of complex Formwork, Shoring and Scaffolding solutions using PERI products according to PERI guidelines and practices, as well as European standards, especially for special steel solutions, whilst maintaining efficient and effective use of time.
• Ensure the development of the best price/quality engineering solution by not exceeding prices established in the offer quotations.
• Preparation of drawings, material lists and static design calculations.
• Perform various advanced static calculations using available PERI tools (Force Control, RSTAB, RFEM, Static tool) to find most cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and following workplace health and safety, quality rules and country regulations.
• Assist Team Leader / Head Engineering with everyday running of the department including but not limited to reviewing designs, assigning workload and recruitment and development of Technical staff.

WE does not work without YOU - That distinguishes you:

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge in complex formwork, shoring, scaffold design and special steel with specialization in Infrastructure / Access and more 6 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge in 3D Modelling (BIM), PERIcad (AutoCAD), RSTAB, RFEM, MS Office and other relevant PERI Software e.g. PERI Force Control, Static/Excel Tools and Perian.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving driven, high level of attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both verbally and written).
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds, to work in a team and has a positive working attitude.
