What you'll do on a typical day:
- Achieve assigned annual revenue targets and contribute to overall company sales performance.
- Support the Head of Sales in driving sales strategy and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Manage projects from inquiry to contract award and support execution, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Present PERI solutions and provide cost-effective proposals aligned with company's strategy.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with PERI sales and credit policies.
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales tools for leads, opportunities, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote PERI values in all business activities
What you'll need to be successful:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding industry)
- Strong sales skills and business acumen
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and needs
- Fluent in English
- Confident and objective appearance/ personality
- Knowledge of the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
