Financial Controller - Back Office

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Prepare insightful financial analyses and management presentations to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using ERP and BI tools.
- Partner with global Finance and Controlling teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.
- Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards.
- Collaborate closely with international teams across Europe and other regions, acting as a reliable partner for data and insights.
- Support standardization, automation, and digitalization of Controlling processes.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Fluent English communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and support international business operations when required.
