What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Prepare insightful financial analyses and management presentations to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using ERP and BI tools.
  • Partner with global Finance and Controlling teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.
  • Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams across Europe and other regions, acting as a reliable partner for data and insights.  
  • Support standardization, automation, and digitalization of Controlling processes.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and support international business operations when required.
