What you'll do on a typical day:

Location: PERI Morocco-Oasis Casablanca

Goal/Scope:

Manages the PERI Casablanca offices front desk and office stationery.

Welcomes visitors in person and/or on the telephone, handling inquiries directly or referring them appropriately. 

To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Head of departments to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities/objectives:

To provide friendly and excellent customer service on telephone and welcome customers and guests visiting the office. 

To greet and direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, given instructions. 

To maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. 

To develop and maintain a Master file system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

To Receive and date stamp all general communication incl. invoices Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences.

To Receive, transfer and transmit telephone and messages to the right person.

To Deal with all general enquiries (in person, telephone or via e-mail) and reply to the enquiries whenever possible.

To Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment (printer, photocopy machine, scanner etc.).

To provide general admin support to the Head of departments.

To Assist with travel and hotel booking when required.

To assist with scheduling visa appointments.

To have proactive responsibility and awareness for PERI Morocco health & safety procedures related to the area of responsibility.

What you'll need to be successful:

Qualification / experience requirements:

Education and Experience: Minimum of a two-year degree.1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the above areas of responsibility (ideally in multinational companies)

Proficient knowledge of office administration

Competence in MS Office programs

Good communication skills (speech and writing)

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic, French and good level in English

Strong work ethic, open and reliable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Trustworthy and honesty

Good organizational skills

Capacity to adapt with PERI’s culture
