Digital Marketing Lead

PERI Ltd is looking for a motivated, hard‑working individual who is ready to begin a long and successful career in digital marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will support the delivery of the overall marketing strategy while developing your skills across all digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who may not yet have professional experience but has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in digital marketing. You will receive guidance, training, and hands‑on experience across a wide range of digital activities.
You will help improve brand visibility and support lead generation by learning how to use tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media (LinkedIn and Instagram), and other digital platforms.
With a wide scope, this role also provides opportunities to learn video production, animation basics, and support the creation of print and digital collateral.
Key duties:
- Digital plan support — Assist the Head of Marketing in delivering the digital marketing plan aligned to the overall marketing strategy
- Campaign support — Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, email, social media and PPC
- Data & reporting — Learn how to develop KPI dashboards and report results to the wider business
- Website maintenance — Auditing, updating and improving the company website
- Video & YouTube — Support the creation of animated video content and help manage the PERI UK YouTube channel
- Intranet content — Help maintain content on PERI Connect, keeping pages updated and uploading regular social feed content
- Team collaboration — Work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns, with a particular focus on digital opportunities
- Design support — Assist with design tasks and liaise with external suppliers to deliver print and digital collateral
- Competitor research — Regularly review competitor digital activity and share insights
- Digital tools exploration — Help assess and implement new digital tools to improve marketing processes
- Paid media learning — Support the setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns, learning how to analyse ROI and performance
- Corporate content adaptation — Work with colleagues in Germany to adapt corporate content for the UK audience

What you'll need to be successful:
Experience
No prior marketing experience is required. Instead, we are looking for:
- Interest in digital marketing and a desire to build a long-term career
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Basic familiarity with social media, websites or digital tools (desirable but not essential)
- Any previous work experience demonstrating reliability, hard work or initiative

Qualifications
- A‑levels, BTEC or equivalent
- Degree welcome but not essential
- CIM or digital marketing qualifications welcome but not required
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva desirable but training will be provided
Additional Requirements
- Full UK Driving License
- Flexibility to travel from normal place of work around UK occasionally as duties require
