We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser for a Maternity Cover post who will support the Sales team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completionDirect responsibility for the processing of customer orders from both new and existing customers from point of sale through to delivery of products.

  Responsible for the order Process ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manor.

 Managing customers’ expectations during the off hire process and project closure phase.

 To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled complete.

 Finalisation of projects under guidance of Sales team, Understanding of PERI processes and procedures

Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you

 Experience in customer services with knowledge of data base systems

 Good knowledge of MS office (essential)

 Strong administration and customer service skills, with the ability to work calmly in a busy environment

 Excellent communication and social skills, with a strong work ethic, open and reliable

 NVQ in Business Administration – desired
