PERI Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join them as their Digital Marketing Lead. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering the overall marketing strategy. You will be required to design and execute strong and innovative digital marketing campaigns using the full spectrum of digital channels available.
You will help improve brand visibility and drive sales leads using your knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media (LinkedIn and Instagram), and other digital tools. With a wide scope, this role also provides the opportunity to create and manage video production, including animations and support the design of print and digital collateral.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create a digital marketing plan aligned to the overall marketing plan and business strategy
- Take ownership of delivering all aspects of the digital marketing plan, monitoring results, data analysis and reporting
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, PPC
- Manage paid media campaigns (including PPC and social media ads), ROI & data analysis
- Develop KPI’s and dashboards to communicate results to the wider business
- Audit, improve and maintain the company website

What you'll need to be successful:
Prior marketing experience of at least 3 years in a B2B environment
Good understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, AdWords, LinkedIn advertising, Instagram, YouTube and CMS
Experience in creating impactful campaigns to generate business leads and brand awareness
Experience of video production/editing desirable but not essential
Evidence of working within a team to deliver a wide-ranging marketing plan
Awareness of ROI for marketing activities and a healthy commercial acumen
Construction and/or technical/engineering experience preferable but by no means mandatory
