■ Lead, coach, and motivate team of customer service coordinators – Outbound
■ Prioritise workload between team and be the driver of standards
■ Oversee all aspects of the order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and after -sales enquiries.
■ Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure the team meets KPIs related to order processing times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
■ Understanding of PERI processes and procedures
■ Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts
