To assist and support PERI technical team by providing and managing a comprehensive first class training and competency management programme.

Creating the future – Your tasks in our team:

■ Support and safeguard the business by the development of a structured, methodised and evidence based competency testing programme

■ Understand company Engineering Strategy

■ Production of UK specific training programmes with supporting spreadsheets and tools for standard PERI systems and applications. Provision of training in accordance with all UK legislation, practices and industry practices

■ Provide e-learning module options for all training programmes
