We are recruiting a Yard Manager to assist and support Sales Engineers and Technical Team in meeting customer expectations; by providing a comprehensive first class operational service. 

■ Maintaining the operational performance 

■ Safety and well-being of all staff, customers and visitors

■ Maintenance and upkeep of all Company assets, property and services in conjunction with Facilities Manager/Operations Manager

■ Working closely with functional heads/managers to ensure consistent, efficient and working practices

■ Recruitment of suitable staff

Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you

■ Management Skills (ILM Level 3 or similar qualification)

■ Health and Safety (NEOSH or similar qualification)

■ Experience in managing and developing a team of comparable size

■ Operational / Logistics experience in a similar type of business

■ Strong work ethic, open and reliable, with exceptional organisational skills

■ Good knowledge of MS office and Ability to learn and adapt to PERI and its products quickly
