What you'll do on a typical day:
- Carry out business in compliance with the local strategy defined by the Marketing Area. Ensure the achievement of the defined goals.
- Regular market research. Know the specific interventions of the competition.
- Increase PERI’s market share in the respective sales area or in the customer
- Direct contact with PERI’s customers in the respective sales area: Visit the current and potential customers to offer the products and highlight the differentiated technical components.
- Prepare the best solution for the customer / Give an optimal solution to the technical doubts that the customer may have on the standard use of the product / system.
- Ensure the complete, adequate and timely delivery of quotes, contracts and all vital information to other departments.
- Open cooperation with colleagues from other sales areas and other departments
- Active cooperation with claims management to ensure compliance with payment terms.

What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor in Civil, Industrial, Building Engineering, and/or experience in the formwork and scaffolding sector is preferred.
- Intermediate MS Office level.
- Professional experience in sales.
- Negotiation.
- Market Orientation.
- Initiative.
- Ability to relate to people. (Social skills).
- Autonomous to define his/her Marketing Action Plan in his/her Region.
- Knowledge of PERI and competition systems (Preferred).
- Total availability to travel.
