What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Carry out business in compliance with the local strategy defined by the Marketing Area. Ensure the achievement of the defined goals.
  • Regular market research. Know the specific interventions of the competition.
  • Increase PERI’s market share in the respective sales area or in the customer
  • Direct contact with PERI’s customers in the respective sales area: Visit the current and potential customers to offer the products and highlight the differentiated technical components.
  • Prepare the best solution for the customer / Give an optimal solution to the technical doubts that the customer may have on the standard use of the product / system.
  • Ensure the complete, adequate and timely delivery of quotes, contracts and all vital information to other departments.
  • Open cooperation with colleagues from other sales areas and other departments 
  • Active cooperation with claims management to ensure compliance with payment terms.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor in Civil, Industrial, Building Engineering, and/or experience in the formwork and scaffolding sector is preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office level. 
  • Professional experience in sales.
  • Negotiation.
  • Market Orientation.
  • Initiative.
  • Ability to relate to people. (Social skills).
  • Autonomous to define his/her Marketing Action Plan in his/her Region.
  • Knowledge of PERI and competition systems (Preferred).
  • Total availability to travel.
