- Support the planning and execution of projects within the Climbing segment, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries to drive project progress.
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions in close alignment with senior project managers and customer requirements.
- Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality targets, and document progress accordingly.
- Prepare presentations, support customer meetings, and participate in site visits when required.

WE Can't Go Without YOU - What You Bring with You:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project-related roles or within the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and construction processes; familiarity with formwork or scaffolding is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel occasionally.
