Support the planning and execution of projects within the Climbing segment, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and international subsidiaries to drive project progress.
Contribute to the development of technical solutions in close alignment with senior project managers and customer requirements.
Monitor project performance, including timelines, budgets, and quality targets, and document progress accordingly.
Prepare presentations, support customer meetings, and participate in site visits when required.

A degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
2–3 years of experience in project-related roles or within the construction industry.
Basic knowledge of project management principles and construction processes; familiarity with formwork or scaffolding is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel occasionally.
