Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and interactions, ensuring service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main support for the Project Manager, managing internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver training on best practices in Customer Service Management (CSM) and project management.
  • Oversee project contracts and PSD (ERP system) activities, ensuring alignment and continuity.
  • Coordinate all services for customers, including planning deliveries, returns, and invoicing.
  • Review and execute projects based on approved shop drawings, leading internal and external kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, provide updates, and take action to ensure success.
  • Schedule on-site visits by Product Specialists and respond to customer requests.
  • Address customer complaints, facilitate change requests, and manage budget adherence.
  • Conduct scrap and damage negotiations at project close and ensure proper on-site handling of PERI products.
  • Maintain accurate and organized internal contract documents.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience and minimum 1-2 years project management experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Background in customer service, with knowledge of construction industry and equipment.
  • Understanding of basic financial statements and construction-related transactions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and personnel management skills.
  • Fluent in English, articulate, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Flexible with travel and experienced in project management (1-2 years minimum).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
