• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering

• Additional knowledge in Business Administration

• Over 5 years of proven sales and technical sales experience in construction or related industries (Formwork / Scaffolding preferred)

• Strong understanding of CAD drawings, concrete applications, and the rental market

• Experienced in CRM applications and data-driven sales management

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets

• Skilled in cost optimization, price management, and business development

• Extensive network within the construction industry
