Order Management Specialist
Taipei, TW
What you'll do on a typical day:
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any potential issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to track orders and ensure proper fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order-related information in the company’s database and CRM systems.
- Manage the return and exchange process for defective or incorrect products.
- Ensure all required documentation, including purchase orders and invoices, is accurate and filed appropriately.
- Generate reports on order status, backorders, and fulfillment timelines to share with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential delays or issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields
- Fresh graduates with a passion for learning is welcome
- Ability to work independently with clear and effective communication skill.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
