(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) Yard Operations and Quality

Your responsibilities:

• Initiation and management of complex projects in the field of Global Operations
• Sustainable optimization of warehouse and maintenance processes through the use of lean management methods (e.g. value stream mapping)
• Support ofinternational subsidiaries and internal departments on quality issues in the context of product quality and maintenance
• Further development and digitalization of these quality standards (e.g. maintaining quality criteria for used formwork and scaffolding material)
• Collecting and further developing data on process and quality performance
• Definition and implementation of cleaning and repair procedures to ensure quality standards
• Development and definition of machines, tools and workplace standards
• Central contact person for these topics with internal and external stakeholders

Your profil:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering
• Professional experience in project management or quality management, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment. Long-term experience in this field is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of process optimization methods (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen) or modern quality management tools
• Analytical, strategic approach as well as strong communication skills and initiative
• Very good MS Office skills and ideally Auto CAD knowledge
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and willing to travel internationally
