About the Position:

Join our Group HR team as Expert Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Weißenhorn (Germany) – while we offer the flexibility of REMOTE WORK across Germany, being close to our core team in Weißenhorn is our preferred setup to foster local collaboration and spirit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiatives: Support and drive global C&B initiatives, focusing on the analysis and development of variable remuneration systems.
- Incentive Design: Contribute to the implementation of targeted incentive models aligned with corporate goals across various functions.
- Global Tool Optimization: Continuously enhance global C&B processes and tools while ensuring compliance with international legal standards.
- Benchmarking & Trends: Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarks and studies to derive strategic recommendations and market-driven salary bands.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in regional and global C&B projects, acting as a key expert for internal stakeholders.
- Process Coordination: Manage and steer annual bonus and salary review cycles in close cooperation with HR Controlling.
- Benefit Portfolio: Further develop the global benefit portfolio to increase employer attractiveness and employee motivation.
- Internal Consultancy: Serve as a high-level advisor for HR Business Partners and management on all compensation-related matters.
Your Profile and Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience.
- Experience: 7–10 years of professional HR experience, with a strong track record in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an international environment.
- Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and operational HR processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
- Labor Law: Proven experience in collaborating with works councils and a solid foundation in German labor law.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in HR IT systems and advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making (e.g. Successfactors)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and consulting skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Business fluent in both German and English (B2-C1 level) for effective international collaboration.
