Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Business Unit / Business Segment (BU/BS) in alignment with PERI’s overall objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and define relevant target markets
- Manage the end-to-end process to maximize profitability and revenue
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize, plan, and execute new product development initiatives
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, and define product features and specifications
- Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including product and marketing documentation
- Conduct product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop guidelines for product value propositions
- Collaborate with the Agency Team within Brand & Communications to prepare digital presence and marketing materials for subsidiaries
- Promote integrated product management throughout the entire product lifecycle

Your profil:
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in product management at PERI or within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of jobsite processes involving formwork or substitution systems
- Experience with processes and standards, including their implementation and further development
- Proficient in using presentation techniques for training and consulting
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with product and portfolio objectives
- High willingness to travel globally (at least 30%) for branch and customer visits, as well as market research
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
