  • Design customized formwork solutions with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and solutions to create technically superior concepts
  • Utilize internal and external resources to deliver precise cost estimates
  • Prepare, calculate, and detail technical aspects for offers
  • Prepare offer presentations and support the local sales team in delivering them effectively
  • Use professional planning tools to ensure optimal scheduling and timeline management
  • Conduct initial structural assessments to support your solution concepts
  • Work with various departments and international subsidiaries in hybrid project teams
  • Oversee diverse customer projects in an international setting
  • Compile project closure reports and post-project analyses

WE Can't Go Without YOU – What You Bring with You:

  • A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, supplemented by up to 2 years of experience in a complex project environment
  • Basic knowledge of project management concepts and methods
  • Extensive knowledge of construction operations and formwork business; hands-on experience is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Team spirit and the ability to work effectively in hybrid project teams
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is a must for international team collaboration.
  • Flexibility for project-related travel and assignments at global office locations
