Support Engineer (m/f/d) Slab Automation

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Proactive design of automation software in engineering with the aim of increasing efficiency
• Independent development of standard solutions for PERI formwork systems with  focus on slab formwork systems
• Collaboration with the development team and maintenance of the development backlog
• Testing and approving new versions
• Supporting the evaluation and prioritization of requirements and associated solutions
• Elaboration of further automation possibilities and AI initiatives
• Collaboration in the technical review of automation scripts of a citizen developer community
• Contributing to the analysis and definition of engineering processes

What you'll need to be successful:

• Completed studies (civil or mechanical engineering) or education as a technician with sufficient experience and qualifications.
• Profound knowledge and experience in the planning of formwork systems
• Good knowledge in CAD Software like PERICAD, AutoCAD or BricsCAD
• Algorithmic thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Practical experience is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Intercultural competence for working with colleagues worldwide and a confident demeanour
