Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our subsidiary PERI Greece in Koropi to ensure an outstanding customer experience and support the efficient execution of projects.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Manage customer orders, returns, and related transactions within PERI systems
• Process customer returns, including damage reports, repair charges, and scrap billing
• Coordinate with Sales and Project Managers regarding equipment exchanges and project requirements
• Schedule and process deliveries and returns in PERI systems
• Coordinate file clean-up and contract closure activities in collaboration with Sales and Project Managers
• Arrange transportation bookings and related documentation in PERI systems
• Follow up on backorders and pending deliveries to ensure timely customer service
• Maintain accurate customer and project records while ensuring compliance with company procedures

What you'll need to be successful:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management or a similar role
• Very good command of the Greek and English language, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (ERP experience will be considered an asset)
• Knowledge of the construction industry will be considered an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong service attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
